Test Facility Engineer - ATV Project, EADS Astrium
Technical tasks and responsibilities
• Technical point of contact for ATV platform with respect of other entities in interface (including qualification team)
• Responsible for the ATV ground software (Paris, Bremen, Moscou, Houston, Kourou)
• Technical follow-up of the platform by instructing anomaly correction requests and needed evolutions
• Insure the definition and the associated documentation with respect of contractual deliveries and delays.
Tranversal activities:
• Presentation of ATV project and visits of the ATV platform
2009 - 2010Technical tasks and responsibilities:
• Designed and implemented corrective actions on repair lines for autopilot and Black boxs
• Trained the American technicians on new testing tools and procedures
• Organised and participated to the onsite emergency repairs in collaboration with the local repair team and the Engineers in France
• Provided technical support to the customer support department on issues with clients
• Participated to the hiring process / job interview of 2 new coworkers
Continuous improvement:
• Creation of procedures for the Engineering and Technical Support department processes
• Monitoring of production and reparation indicators
• Helped to implement 5S, TPM and PDCA
• Participated to Sagem Keisen workgroup to learn from the “best practices” from Turbomeca and Labinal
2008 - 2008Main tasks and responsibilities of this role:
• Designed and implemented an automatic test bench in order to measure the impact of the space radiation environment on electronic components,
• Wrote the test procedures and validated the test bench with ONERA radiation facilities.
• Wrote the user manual and trained the CNES engineers on the utilisation of the bench,
• Compared the ground test results with data obtained with the CARMEN2/MEX instruments on board of Jason2 satellite.
2007 - 2007Main tasks and responsibilities of this role:
• Test bench design and associated software development
• Significantly improved the performance of power supply tests by reducing testing time from over an hour to 5 minutes
2006 - 2006Main tasks and responsibilities of this role:
• Updated all the workstation personnal protective equipment sheets of the composite production line
• Contributed to make the hangars of the composite production line "pilot hangars" for people safety
2005 - 2005The Fighter Collection operates, rebuilds and maintains Europe's largest collection of airworthy WWII aircraft and is based at Duxford Airfield, in the UK.
- Maintenance, operational tasks and restoration of warbirds within the TFC team.

• Designed and Developped an innovating system to measure currents up to 12kA on a three phases grid using Hall effect.
• Performed the first electrical tests (0 to 800A)
