- Systematically strives for improvement opportunities for the company.
- Supports (method and results) workshop leaders in their work.
- Participates to the Policy Deployment of the plant, making sure it integrates VPS objectives.
- Communicates VPS standards and ensures they are respected
2003 - 2007Protect customers in a plant of 500 employes. Train how to react in front of non-conformity. Train how to solve problem. Prevent by auditing process and product. Manage team. Improve indicators scrap and total line reject. Reduce customers complain.
