Project P8 for AIRBUS–CAPGEMINI

Transfer of ERP systems between Airbus and Kühne Nagel/ DHL as part of the Project Power 8. The aim is to externalise the supply chain and logistics management among Airbus plant sites around Europe.

Project Management: guidance and metrics

Lead Logistics Provider: wokshops, Releases for future Go Lives

• Support for buyers in term of business analysis and sourcing solutions.
• Provide dashboards to evaluate risks for critical suppliers.
• Measure suppliers’ performance to reduce the suppliers’ database

• Adexa Certification Training for their data model, planning logic and ERP software.
• Pre-sales team to implement Adexa ERP in companies
• Testing of a new Production Planner solution for upcoming Golive.

• Project to launch a new product dedicated to improve a new tennis teaching method
• Negotiation with suppliers for the prototypes’ production et transportation

• Optimize the pallet’s and truck’s physical flow through SAP
• Manage follow-up of the client and subsidiaries relationships
