- Integrate GSM platforms (MSC, MMSC, SMSC, IN ….etc) to the IP Infrastructure and guarantee the Security support and troubleshooting.
- Integration and support of Convergent Platform (Volubill, HP OCSAC …) for WAP, MMS, and Internet traffic to the existent solution (non-convergent).
- Integration of USSD, Wi-MAX, Push-To-Talk, VoIP, Call Center … platforms to the IP Infrastructure.
- Installation, configuration, support and follow up of the IP Network Infrastructure (Switching, Routing « Cisco », QoS, VPN Site-to-Site, LAN/WAN, Security, Integration of new platforms and opening new POS Nedjma),
- Manage the IDS/IPS “Intrusion Detection System / Intrusion Prevention System” (ISS Proventia G400 de IBM with SiteProtector),
- Manage HP OpenView NNM (Network Node Manager) which is used to monitor Servers, Switches, Routers, …,
- Secure the infrastructure with Firewalls (Cisco PIX Firewalls, Cisco FWSM, Juniper Netscreen et ISS Proventia G400),
- Manage VPNs (Juniper SSL VPN, CiscoSecure ACS et RSA SecureID),
- Integration of new platforms on BIG-IP (Load Balancer),
- Manage Websense (Web filtering) to block/limit access to the Internet,
- Manage the Web Proxy BlueCoat SG (Proxy Server),
- Reporting on different platforms (Websense, BlueCoat, NNM …),
- Troubleshooting Network issues (Ethereal, Wireshark, Cisco Network Analysis Module –NAM-, MRTG, Syslog…).
- Resolve all problems or attacks over the Network.
