• Researching marketable zones for business start-up as well as tax laws and worker laws in Costa Rica.
• Managing creation of Costa Rica infrastructure: real estate, office equipment, etc.
• Creating and posting job descriptions to attract new employees.
• Hiring and managing team.
• Remote management for staff of 7, which included occasional trips to Costa Rica.
