2007 - 2008Responsible for Symantec flagship Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) program globally. Work with a team of 5 regional Buying Programs leads and 5 post sales site license support leads.
• Define the program marketing positioning among Symantec Buying Programs
• Develop, synthesize and communicate program strategy from Senior Management to execution teams.
• Interface with Product Management, Finance and the outbound royalty teams to include new products into the program
• Ensure operational excellence through out the entire site license life cycle from pre-sales quoting to end of contract management.
• Identify, define and execute or improve processes globally to lower cost of sales.
2005 - 2007Lead the Symantec/Veritas integration effort for the Pricing & Licensing team. I was responsible for all infrastructure requirements and interface with IT.
Led the launch of Symantec flagship Site License program targeting deals above $500,000.
• Defined this global program around a dual revenue recognition model. Coordinate execution and roll out across 3 Geographies and 8 functional areas. Work with IT to develop the program infrastructure for customer 24*7 online access.
• Develop system requirements and road map supporting Symantec Buying Programs including online Terms & Conditions acceptance, transaction validation as well as site license contract processing.
• Work with Sales Operations to develop policies and systems in alignment with the company Buying Programs.
2003 - 2005Responsible for all Field and Inside sales Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Applications which include both commercial software package and customized systems.

2000 - 2003Responsible for requirements gathering and design for customized online Sales Applications such as price list, quoting/ordering, approval system for non standard sales contracts (Business Approval Form), Territory management.
Main responsibilities:
• Application design. Identify and document all required human and system interfaces with their respective owner and responsibilities including Oracle 11i advanced pricing and OM modules. Build application design mainly using Visio and Photoshop to prototype User Interfaces.

• Drive department changes in major corporate wide projects such as part number conversion, new pricing implementation.

1998 - 2000Point of contact and corporate representative for Asia Pacific, European and Japanese product managers.
