• Assist other recruiters with adoption of products amongst their team through training and best practices. Serve as a recruiting industry expert to make the company’s overall recruiting process stronger, better, faster.
• Educating recruiters on using LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and other social media recruiting techniques to create network and make great hires. Work with BDM’s to harness social media to get new business for the company.
• Took the complete recruitment process online, giving easy access to employees, consultants to find jobs and opportunities through simple online job search, resulting in over 400% increase in the internal database of candidates and tremendous increase in the quality of profiles in database
