Tyrone Nabbie

As the President or Managing Partner of six different companies, Tyrone Nabbie has established a reputation as a successful entrepreneur. With 27 years of executive experience in the hospitality and food service industry, Tyrone Nabbie has reinvested his knowledge in a number of business ventures.

In 1989, Tyrone Nabbie became Executive Director of Food and Beverage for Carnival Cruise Lineâ€s Riviera Towers, located in Nassau, the Bahamas. In November of 1990, he accepted a role as Vice President of Food and Beverage for Carnivalâ€s Crystal Palace Resort and Casino. In this role, he was responsible for 14 restaurants, 23 beverage outlets, and 2 nightclubs, in addition to catering and convention center operations. The experience he gained in this role prepared him for his next position, as General Manager and joint venture partner of the Fine Host Corporation, which handled food service operations in the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.

Tyrone Nabbie's first foray into entrepreneurship came in 1997 when he became President of Superior Hospitality Management, LLC. Based in Orlando, the business handles food services for a number of government facilities throughout the state. Next, he joined MCO Enterprises, L.C., as Managing Partner. The company operates Coco Oasis Lounge & Bar, a food concession in the Orlando International Airport. 2002 saw the creation of NabDash, Ltd., which operates the Kafe Kalik Express restaurant in the Grand Bahama International Airport in Freeport. In 2003, Tyrone Nabbie opened an Outback Steakhouse franchise in Nassau, the Bahamas, where he serves as Managing Partner.

In 2007, Tyrone Nabbie became Managing Partner of Preferred Choice Restaurants, LLC, in Orlando. The company owns Kafe Kalik in the Orlando Premium Outlets shopping center. Most recently, he began serving as President of LPI Concessions, Ltd., which owns and operates Kafe Kalik and Bahama Dutch Oven restaurants located in the Lynden Pindling International Airport in Nassau, the Bahamas. Mr. Nabbie credits his success to his ability to form strategic partnerships, in addition to his expertise within the industry.
