She helps to formulate strategies for optimizing company culture, managing corporate operations, governance, and staff relationships, and administering sizable salary and benefits budgets. Trummell Valdera has worked in senior capacities for the Jackson Health System, The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions, and Group Health Association of Washington, D.C., among others.

As an Executive Human Resources Consultant in Pennsylvania, she developed a labor strife contingency plan that was later used as a national model for a major for-profit healthcare corporation.
In addition to holding a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University, Valdera possesses a lifetime certification from the Society of Human Resource Management as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. Recently, she has been featured by The Greater Miami Society for Human Resource Management as a speaker on health care management issues.
