TJ Earle

After earning his degree in Business Administration at Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida, TJ Earle moved into asphalt manufacturing, soil recycling, and road construction. At present, TJ Earle serves as Vice President of Pure Soil Technologies and Vice President of The Earle Companies. In both roles, TJ Earle performs a wide variety of administrative duties and exhibits his talent for enhancing sales figures. Over 10 years, TJ Earle has helped foster the significant growth of both Pure Soil Technologies and The Earle Companies. TJ Earle is also skilled in implementing human resources improvements. At The Earle Companies, TJ Earle reduced employee turnover and created internal training programs. Working with other professionals in his field, TJ Earle serves as Treasurer of the New Jersey Asphalt Pavement Association and as a Member of the Executive Committee of the National Asphalt Pavement Association. In his free time, TJ Earle enjoys working out and takes pleasure in riding and collecting custom motorcycles. In addition to his professional life and his hobbies, TJ Earle is also involved with causes like the American Cancer Society.
