American Eurocopter start a full SAP implementation project in march 2007. I was involved in this project as the coreteam member for the global supply chain.

Responsible for the SAP implementation for all warehousing activities and support of the material planning function
? Interface with Parent company to deploy and adapt the European core solution
? Designing and specification of 5 WM warehouses across 3 plants using Storage Unit and SAP consol Barcode processes
? Data cleansing and migration for all WM / MM master data from legacy system to SAP (> 50,000SKUs)
? Migration of the overall company inventory across 3 plants and over 50 storage locations
? Manage all interfaces between SAP and external software (Clipper-ship / EZFTZ / Demand Solution)
? Process definition, technical specifications, testing scenario, implementation, training and operational support to users

Lead a warehouse reorganization project
? Study and analysis of the current warehouse organization
? Costs analysis, budget and ROI estimation, RFP definition, consultants bid, answers evaluation
? Implementation of Barcode Processes using EDI files exchanges, improving receiving, put-away and bin moving processes
