Founded in 1995, headquartered in Irvine, California, and with a vast network of investors and professional contacts throughout Europe, Bridgewater Capital is an investment banking, capital markets and corporate advisory firm that has established itself as a key player in the growth of public and private companies by accessing alternative sources of capital, employing a flexible approach to the structure of that capital, and providing additional value-added services including business development (introductions to prospective customers, distribution channels and teaming partners) and corporate strategy to meet the goals of each individual company. Bridgewater’s principals have been directly responsible for closing over $2.5 billion in private equity, IPO, PIPE and M&A transactions, and for the contribution of millions of dollars in revenue to its clients. Particularly interested in companies seeking a going-public transaction/financing (such as an Alternative Public Offering - APO).
