2004 - 2007Conceived & directed communication for Chinese market – Developed marketing Tools:
• Identified needs & developed new directions: conceived communication & marketing tools adapted to Chinese market. Managed new information on Packaging, leaflets & communication on point of sales. Produced how-to-use videos for products. Developed tools & trained Chinese sales.
• Managed medias connections: fashion, home decoration, culture & art periodicals. Organized quality step-by-step of craft creations in editorial section of local editions: Elle Deco, Trends magazine…. Communicated on events organized or sponsored by the brand: art shows, art academy awards, fashion show, museum’s activities…
• Conceived and directed partnerships with key players of the market: connections with leading art academies, Museums, influential artists and galleries to get media attention, to build relationships with end-users, to create emulation between our subsidiaries. Opened of 2 Flagship stores in key market zones: Beijing, 798, & Shanghai, Moganshan 50
