2007 - 2009President of IImagE for two years.
My first goal during my presidency was to create a real organisation at IImagE, as the association grew up from 2 to 12 members and had new objectives. Every task in the association is now seen as a project, with a project manager. We created processes to describe the main tasks in recurrent projects. IImagE has now a wiki-based information system.
The main project in IImagE is the creation of what is called in french schools of engineer the "Plaquette Alpha", a brochure presenting the extra-curricular life at ENSIIE. The lastest version (2009) is available here: http://iimage.iiens.net/alpha2009/finale/plaque... (in French)
I was project manager of the Plaquette Alpha for two years and had to lead 10 people and also project manager of ENSIIE's shop.
