Samir has contributed engineering designs for landmark projects in USA and overseas. Representative projects include the Lockheed B157 Office and Computer Facility, prototypical designs for junction sites and technical operating centers for GTE-Sprint, standard details for security for Crocker Bank, Energy Model at USPS Reno Main Post Office, Lockheed Missiles & Space Co. B195A Measurements Lab, Lockheed B195D Secure Facility, USDA Plant Gene Expression Center Western Regional Research Center, Master Plan and Expansion at Kaiser Data Center, and Conservation Camps for the Department of Corrections, California. His designs cover power stations, industrial facilities, public buildings, communication centers, scientific laboratories, airports, hospitality, educational institutions, retail stores, landscape projects, parks and recreational facilities, and roadways.
Mondle has held senior positions in engineering and multi-disciplined architectural-engineering firms. His experience covers programming, feasibility studies, field investigations, due diligence reports, building systems condition assessments, code analyses, energy conservation, LEED sustainability, value engineering, construction support, construction dispute resolution, project control, master planning, hiring of personnel, Consultants, and contractors; training, mentoring, performance reviews, and finance. Samir has acted as the prime contractor for sub consultant services.
Samir is widely travelled in India, USA and other countries.
Samir is now the Chief Executive at The Source Force Company of USA (SFA) in association with The Source Force Company of India (SFI), effective November 2011.
He is also VP for Business Development of Structured Land Systems Inc.
SF’s focus is architecture, engineering and art. SF currently serves interests in the following areas:
