    From start-ups to a Fortune Global 100 consumer products company, I lead organizations to success with the highest level of professionalism and integrity. I possess a unique and healthy balance of experience in sales, sales management, project management, general management, retail, marketing, and advertising. I'm an accomplished recruiter, coach, trainer, mentor and manager of sales professionals on national, regional and local levels. For example, while leading a national team of 35 Sales Representatives in the sporting goods industry, as VP of Sales & Marketing I guided Cobblestones Activewear to an average annual growth rate of 21.5%. Within five years, as a direct result of my sales management and marketing leadership I increased the brand's annual unit sales from 500,000 to over 1.2 million units. Recently, I was the project manager for the Newport Sports Club development. As Chief Operating Officer, I was responsible for building the club from its conception (pre-blue print) to a fully-operational facility including: directing the design & construction of the site; supervising the general contractor and sub-contractors; evaluating and purchasing all fitness equipment and FF&E; staffing; opening; and managing all operational, sales and marketing aspects of the club. Prior to this, as General Manager for Bullfrog Spas, I coordinated the tenant improvements and opening of a factory outlet store in Orem, Utah. Once opened, I maintained full responsibility for P&L, sales, promotions, inventory management, customer relations, vendor/distributor negotiations and advertising for three profitable years. As a marketing professional, I consult with businesses seeking guidance in implementing effective marketing campaigns. As VP of Marketing for Bullfrog Spas, I developed a very successful "Ad Coaching" program that provided retailers with a system to more effectively advertise and aggressively compete in their markets. Retailers participating in my program experienced increases of over 200% per event. I also possess exceptional talents in managing regional sales territories of up to 11 states with focus on prospecting, negotiating and winning new business accounts. Once earned, I'm proficient at training, developing, managing and maintaining each account with impeccable professionalism and service. I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Utah with emphasis in Marketing.
