Ron McAdams

As the Founder and Managing Partner of The Property Resolution Group (TPRG) based in Spring, Texas, I boast a career experience portfolio spanning over eighteen (18) years of successful operational and managerial achievements. I am an extensively trained, management professional with a background of strong emphasis in the areas of Personnel Management, Project Management, Inventory Management, Operations Management, and Franchising. My career track record includes successful service with corporate entities such as The LSR Group, Inc., which was based in Houston, Texas, where I served as the Franchise Business Operations and Compliance Consultant, as well as, their Corporate Instructor and Advisory Board Member.

Additionally, I have served my country as a veteran of the United States Air Force. Furthermore, I have widespread experience working for the State of Texas in a managerial capacity. Currently, I am employed full-time, since June of 2006, with the City of Houston as an Airport Operations Supervisor for Public Safety at Bush Intercontinental Airport.

After graduating high school from Lejeune High School in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, I continued my formal education at Prairie View A&M University and Sam Houston State University. Motivated by the need for financial freedom, I passionately continue to enhance my real estate investment development by engaging in educational systems, internet training, participating in real estate investing forums, and learning from my mentors.

I have fashioned the philosophy and future success of the business around genuinely helping people while establishing lasting and meaningful business relationships. Thus, one aspect of the current business model of The Property Resolution Group focuses on the needs of distressed homeowners, primarily in middle-income neighborhoods, by offering them viable solutions to their problems when selling their property is the option for them.
