Oversee and manage corporate all corporate activities and structure. Staff Member of the 1992 USA Men's Volleyball Olympic Team in the Barcelona Olympic Games(Bronze Medal).Head Coach of the 1993 USA Men's National B Team that traveled to Greece and Germany. Head Coach of the 1994 USA Men's National Collegiate team that traveled to Italy.

Oversee the training and development of over 1,300 youth and junior boys and girls volleyball athletes. Won 68 Age Group National Championships from 1981-2011. Over 600 graduating alumni (boys and girls) have gone on to play collegiate volleyball.
