Paul Lukkar, Licensed Real Estate and Business Broker and Commercial Mortgage Consultant, provides commercial and business financing nationwide and Internationally, and development consulting, along with Paul Lukkar Realty, as Director of Sales, Mergers & Acquisitions, and works in the areas of Business Mergers, Acquistions, sales and business Valuations, Commercial, Resort & second home Property sales, commercial project financing, Joint Ventures, and development consulting, and is available as an expert witness.

Mr. Lukkar, has an extensive commercial real estate and finance background starting with the U.S. Treasury Dept. in 1975, and took numerous accounting, banking, commercial real estate, and international finance courses through the Treasury Dept. He also attended the Consumer Law School in 1979, located in Reston, Virginia.

Lukkar first participated in the Florida Real Estate course in 1977-78, in Tallahassee, Florida, and attended LSU Graduate School of Banking from 1984-1986, with emphasis in financial management. Mr. Lukkar also attended the National Business Brokerage Training School in Dallas, Texas, in March 1993. Mr. Lukkar's strong dedication to education continued with his many years of annual education courses in the finance and real estate industries.

Current real estate project(s) focus is on resort,second and investment home and land package sales in four (4) Pacific Ocean & Mountain property developments in Costa Rica and North Georgia.

The first project is The first and newest project is Alantro Medical Spa and Resort, located just south of the Liberia Airport on the route to Tamarindo on the Souther Pacific coast.
