Patrick Stewart
Student, Thunderbird School of Global Management
I am an e-commerce and IT business analyst pursing an MBA in Global Marketing and Global Management at the Thunderbird School of Global Management. I thrive in innovative, ground-breaking environments that translate nascent ideas and cacophonous data into an elegant and useful reality. I am a business person who leads by example, supports the goals of his team members and treats his work like his art. I am seeking a post-graduation role at a firm which is looking for individuals like myself.
My leadership experience includes two years of guiding director-level management in implementing experimental technology solutions and organizing a list of philanthropic construction projects in the developing world. The computer skills I have acquired over the last three years of my career include SQL, SAS, Visual Basic, SalesForce, @Risk, SPSS, WebQL and I am currently playing with KML and JavaScript.
At Delta Air Lines I co-led the business evaluation and ROI analysis for a proposed new multi-million dollar data service. Projected revenues exceeded $40MM annually. I also built a reporting suite designed to automate time-consuming reporting and survive an imminent new enterprise software deployment. Adoption resulted in 8-fold increase in efficiency.
At Expedia, Inc., I designed and implemented several high value qualitative and quantitative projects, including internal data management and analytic tracking of JoinExpedia.com. I also worked on market intelligence reports and analytics which contributed to expansions into Southern Europe, Eastern Europe, Australia, South East Asia, and Latin America.
My studies at Thunderbird have included go-to-market strategies in China, globally sourced financing strategies for Fortune 100 e-commerce firms and statistically based simulations using advanced modeling software
