2002 - 2004Interguide Air Services is a domestic airline in Lagos, Nigeria providing its services within its local community and others around. As the company's chief financial controller, he was fully and completely responsible for all accounting practices and specific financial functions within the company. Made payments to partnering airlines regarding our inventory of airline tickets and negotiated new opportunities with new international carriers on servicing a variety of our individual and business clients.
1998 - 2000Rockforce Entertainment was created out of a college group which later expanded to start providing its entertainment services across different communities. It was responsible for recruiting talents from music artists, dance performers, comedians and more and providing such services across the country. Mr. Alara was responsible for recruiting and qualifying skill and talented individuals, creating and arranging various dance arrangements and promoting awareness of various entertainment activities.
1996 - 2001Morocco X-Ray Centre is responsible for providing Health Care Services in Lagos, Nigeria in the fields of Radiography and Radiology. A privately owned business which was own by his father, Olayiwola Alara Snr., as Darkroom Technician, he was responsible for setting up and operating equipments that process X-ray films, removing exposed films from cassettes and placing them in automatic and manual processors; adding and cleaning of such processors daily; mixing and maintaining proper developer and fixer replenisher levels and much more.
