Upon sale of a loan, it was my responsibility to collect financial documents, order an
Appraisal to be preformed on the property, then send the loan to processing. Upon a
Conditional approval from the lender, I would then collect the required conditions
From the borrower, and submit them to the lender for a clear to close the loan.
