As a Product Manager in the Marketing team I have written ShoutOUT Speech-to-text MRD, PRD and roadmap, for iPhone, Android and Brew platforms. I worked with the UX designer on the wireframes and visual design, and had frequent reviews with the technical teams, both internal and outsourced. ShoutOUT was successfully launched, is now downloaded on 400,000 iPhone and Android devices to date, and is being ported on 20 Brew handsets from Verizon, including touch screen ones. I have also validated the UX experience and visual design of ProntoTreno train tickets purchase application for the iPhone, based on the existing application for BlackBerry and Java handsets. ProntoTreno is now installed on 1 out of 3 iPhones in Italy (300,000 downloads) and on 40 different BlackBerry and Java handsets (70,000 downloads).
2002 - 2006I managed a team of 5 engineers and product professionals (business analyst, team leader, UX designer, QA and IT) and drove the 6 yearly releases of Eurostar.com from business requirements to post-production. I also managed the relationship and steering committees with the customer based in London and the master schedule for the technical teams in Seattle (Expedia), London (Eurostar) and Lille (our exploitation team). I was responsible for yearly P&L of 900k€, contract and service level agreement fulfillment. Under my leadership Eurostar.com met the objective of 30% increase in sales YoY.
