    Summary

    During his career engineer and project manager Mike Elmore has overseen infrastructure in both the private sector and the military. He entered the field as a Lieutenant in the United States Air Force, where he attended the Air Force Institute of Technology, earning numerous certificates in engineering and management training. Made project manager, programmer, and planner in 1998, Mike Elmore oversaw the design requirements of an overseas headquarters and a new command headquarters in 2002. Mike Elmore entered the private sector in 2004, when he became assistant project manager for the D.L. Withers company. He has since served in a series of positions of increasing responsibility, including development manager for the roll-out of Tesco Fresh and Easy in Arizona. He has also held a number of project management and engineering supervisory positions, including project lead for gas transmission strength tests with Pacific Gas and Electric. Mike Elmore holds a master of science in engineering management from the University of Alabama, where he focused on operations research as well as engineering economics and quality. He had previously earned a bachelor of science in civil engineering and secured membership in the Civil Engineering National Honor Society. He now applies his expertise as principal, CEO, and owner of Sun Mountain LLC, an energy and infrastructure field services group.
