Michael Sorbonne Robinson earned his B.S. in Business and Psychology with emphasis in Organizational Behavior from Brigham Young University and used his knowledge to build his real estate investment agency, Robinson Realty LLC, into the largest foreclosure bailout lender in Utah. Between 2002 and 2008, he developed a passion for making and maintaining relationships with clients and potential customers, and he used that passion to research and identify solid real estate investments. He was able to structure legal contracts that satisfied his clients while continuing to maximize the profitability of the company. Robinson was responsible for property listings and overseeing property rehabilitations. He created sale/leaseback contracts that allowed his company to buy, sell, and rehabilitate hundreds of properties across the state.
Moving on in his career, Michael Sorbonne Robinson worked with Western States Energy from December 2008 to June 2011 as an independent contractor, consulting with developers to research and identify potential buyers of commercial wind and solar projects across California. He sourced deals, obtained take-out buyers, and assisted in the development of financing for 20-megawatt wind farms, and 1- to 3-megawatt solar farms in the Bakersfield area.
Michael Sorbonne Robinson is highly motivated and adaptable, regularly using his skills, experience, and industry passions to establish and build relationships and profitability to achieve corporate goals. Robinson resides in Honolulu, Hawaii, on the island of Oahu, and enjoys spending his free time with family and friends, exploring historic landmarks, and basking in the rich arts and entertainment scene as well as the native culture of the island.
