I started my Real Estate career in June of 2002 at Century 21 P&S Realty and received my beginning agent training and began my to enter into the world of high fianance. At that time Real Estate in Los Angeles was booming million dollar sales was a normal occurance. I learned how to interview prospective clients & customers. I also learned the difference the client is who there is a contract with while the customer was the one shopping for the best deal. I also began to build professional relationships with Mortgage Brokers, Loan Officers, Title Repretransaction,and fellow Agents at different companies. It was about this time I meant Mike Cobery, a Commercial Broker with Prudential, has over 20 years Experince in Commercial Real Estate and Property Management,He teaches a class on Commercial Real Estate and the proper way to assist your clients with zoning issues,tenant improvements,get the necessary permits and licenses to operate their business if any and also the enviromental issues if any, we also learned on how to do a 1031 tax exchange. This where I meant my partner her name is Ms. Lena S. Rashid and she is just as knowledgible as I am on doing a Commercial Transaction and has a unique ability to communicate with the client to keep them imformed of every aspect of the transaction and what to expect the out come to be,further we all have agreed to work to gether on one another's projects and to critique the transaction and offer constructive criticism to make the contract more understandible to the client so they are better informed to which the agreements are and what is expected of them. Together in this forum we have over 50 years experince and have enough repect and understanding of one another that we can accept any suggestions in the spirit in which they were offered.I started in Real Estate after I had worked as Communications Expert for Los Angeles County for 15 years before I began to have health problems that had caused me to be unable to perform my duties.I took some time to deal with my health problems and did Voluteer at a Non Profit Named Project Angel Food as a Chef's Assistant and later as a Chef. I had always thought of getting into Real Estate since I saw how the market was booming and made the decision to go for it, I have had not many regrets since I have meant people who have taught me and given very good advice and I have tried to share my knowledge with other agents to make our industry more Professional so that everyone in this Business is capable of doing the necessary due diligence to bring the deal to a good conclusion for all parties. With all the problems that occurred because of the greed of a few unsrcrewblious entities it's now necessary for the agents today to educate our clients and be able to advise them on the best way to obtain fianancing and screen the potential buyer to find out how much can be afforded rather than what they want or wish to purchase,I'm not going to work with someone to purchase a house they can't afford because I want your trust and for you to remember that I was the one that helped you not the one who got you into a mess where you will lose everything you worked hard to obtain.
