An accomplished marketing and real estate professional, Maxine Hepfer currently serves as a senior analyst with the Transaction Advisory Services branch of global firm Ernst & Young. In her work with the Transaction Real Estate division of the branch, Maxine Hepfer reviews pertinent real estate information in company audits, conducts market research with regards to appraisals, and advises clients in the market to buy or sell property.
Ms. Hepfer earned her bachelor’s degree in hotel administration at Cornell University, where she participated in campus groups and organizations such as the Student Advisory Board of the Hotel School and the Student Assembly Finance Commission. She also earned several awards and was named a Cornell Tradition Fellowship Scholar.
Prior to joining Ernst & Young, Maxine Hepfer gained significant experience through several internships with prominent companies. As a hospitality and investments intern with International Capital, LLC, she helped devise strategies that raised occupancy rates in the company’s Minot, North Dakota, hospitality properties. Additionally, she spent time as an intern with Henderson Global Investors, MCH Training, and The Statler Hotel.
