Lucchini USA is the sales office for the US and Canadian market of steel bars produced in the Lucchini Group (bars from Ascometal, Fr).

I had two main responsibilities :

1 - I coordinated with the French entities (production and IT relations)
2 - I was a sales assistant for custumers on the energy markets (oil and gas) located mainly in Houston and West Canada:
Order entry
Communication of orders status to the customers
Invoicing
Collection
I worked on special projects like
- The organisation of the Lucchini-Ascometal Symposium held in Houston in Oct 2007 with more than 80 attendees.
- The support on the anti-dumping case.(translation for US lawyers of French accounting reports)
- Support on computer software upgrade (Navision)
