With 25 years of experience in business and finance, Marc-Andre Boisseau is a Certified Public Accountant with Boisseau, Felicione & Associates in Delray Beach, Florida. In this role, he assists individual clients and companies with revenues up to $120 million in matters concerning finances, income taxes, accounting, acquisitions, and estate tax planning. His professional clients range from construction and technology companies to manufacturing and healthcare businesses, with a particular focus on publicly traded corporations. He offers free consultations to new clients and can help handle pre-existing issues with the Internal Revenue Service.
Prior to assuming his current position, Marc-Andre Boisseau worked with several companies, where he handled local and international transactions. Recently, he held the role of Vice President of Finance at DataCore Software in Fort Lauderdale. There, he oversaw all financial aspects of the software development business, including accounting, tax planning, and acquisitions. Mr. Boisseau also worked at Citrix Systems for four years. As Vice President and Controller of the company, he managed business finances for the international software company, as well as oversaw the activities of 80 employees. The company experienced significant growth and acquired financing exceeding $300 million during Mr. Boisseau's tenure. He launched his career in financial services in 1987 with a position at Ernst & Young.
Prior to his professional life, Mr. Boisseau attended the Universite de Montreal. Through the school’s HEC Montreal business school, he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration. Today, he enjoys spending time with his family and assisting a Little League not-for-profit on accounting matters.
