You see, for over 20 years, I’ve pulled together people, processes and resources to develop marketing programs that inspire people to take action. My “secret sauce” is my background in cognitive and behavioral psychology, which gives me insight to make every marketing dollar count…while also creating smiles and customer loyalty along the way.
With start-ups, I’m often a CEO’s best confidant for a successful launch. For mid to large sized companies, I’m the go-to person who creates integrated marketing campaigns that will even impress the sales teams!
I’ve been responsible for the marketing development, execution and launch of many organizations, including initial marketing plans, brand development and launch of Climate Earth, HomeZ, Green Key Real Estate, Cooler, @One Project, Online Teaching Conference and The Sharing Revolution Conference. I’ve also done multiple product launches and lead generation activities (direct and channel) for cleantech, security, software, hardware, sustainability, and educational organizations.
I’m a go-getter for a good cause too. I regularly share my marketing approach with graduate students at UC Davis and the UC Davis Center for Entrepreneurship. I’m a graduate of Acterra’s Be the Change Environmental Leadership Program and helped launch multiple green companies.

2001 - 2004Accomplishments:
• Developed strategies and marketing programs that helped clients obtain more leads and convert existing leads to sales with fewer dollars.
I developed and executed programs in the software, hardware and electronic security industry. Activities included strategy development, target audience research, email lead generation and conversion, customer relationship management, direct mail, websites, online promotions, trade shows and advertising. Clients included VeriSign, RSA Security, Ampro Computers, ICTV, SurfControl, NetLine, Nethawk Interactive and Ubizen.
1997 - 2000Accomplishments:
• Developed and managed integrated marketing campaigns that increased the amount of leads per year from 500 in 1997 to 14,000 in 2000. During the same period, the revenue increased from $136 million to $400 million.
• Re-purposed campaigns for worldwide, vertical market and channel use.
• Launched 5 new products and increased product awareness by 15 percentage points over one year.
• Hired employees and outside agencies to accomplish marketing goals and managed a three million dollar budget.
• Developed a lead capture and tracking system, so that marketing efforts could be measured and analyzed for effectiveness. Co-managed the design and implementation of a sales and marketing database.
