- responsible for the sourcing QCD performance
- manage budget in 4 currencies, suppliers all over the world (USA, Europe, India, China, South America)
- setting up of a specific Sourcing / quality WoW to meet the project requirements

- Manage the sourcing activity for metro tenders (Washington, Miami)

Building of the sourcing part (approx. 60% of the total price) in new tender bids (metro and tramways) and the metallic commodity management in support of the senior commodity manager.

Responsible for the sourcing commitment in tender phase
Lead LLCC relocation effort on existing projects
Creates and implement new processes and way of working

Responsible for the catering and taxi services RFQ. Management of the activities with the third tier purchasing office (outsourcing). Set up new contracts for handling and forklift machines leasing and industrial supplies, access control and system maintenance. Responsible for a 3 M€ budget.

Responsible for business development and vendor development in Canada for the set up of a new sales office. 6 month internship mission
