About her

Kimberly Romagnola attended Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business and a minor in Marketing and Management. After leaving Muhlenberg, Romagnola joined the start-up healthcare marketing company RAR & Associates in Short Hills, New Jersey. At RAR, Romagnola served in numerous roles, including Producer, Senior Account Executive, Account Supervisor, and Vice President. While there, Romagnola assisted clients, like Merck & Co., Inc. and Roche Biomedical Laboratories, Inc., in effectively integrating their marketing communications programs and campaigns.

Romagnola then joined Gillespie/RAR Healthcare of Lawrenceville, New Jersey, where she served as Vice President and Director of Account Management. She worked with such clients as McNeil Consumer Products Company; Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Inc.; Ortho Biotech Inc.; and LifeScan, Inc. to identify marketing opportunities, develop marketing strategies, and maintain cost controls. In 2000, Romagnola joined Cline Davis & Mann, Inc., a $100 million dollar global healthcare communications company in New York City.

At Cline Davis & Mann, Kimberly Romagnola served as Senior Vice President, Management Supervisor, and Director of Account Operations. Romagnola racked up numerous accomplishments during her term. Romagnola’s achievements include increasing overall sales and gross revenue from $750,000 to $14 million in 6 years, establishing new financial systems that increased utilization by 85 percent, streamlining communications with clients, and reducing overall production costs by one-third. In February 2011, Romagnola took a new position at Draftfcb Healthcare in New York City, where she currently serves as a Senior Vice President. Romagnola currently devotes her free time to numerous charitable causes and enjoys home decorating and gardening.
