Keith W. Pillich is an industrial hygienist and safety engineer with more than 30 years of experience. Currently employed by Vlado Engineering, Pillich offers assistance with a variety of issues, including noise abatement and protection from radiation, mold, lead, and asbestos. He also can conduct inspections, assessments, monitoring, and surveys. Licensed by the New York State Department of Labor and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Pillich teaches his clients about environmental industrial safety and monitoring techniques. He has contracted his services for a variety of environmental engineering firms and the federal government, with a focus on safety in the oil, gas, and construction fields.
Keith W. Pillich earned a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Environmental Science from The University of Oklahoma. He is working towards a Master’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health with a Concentration in Environmental Management from Columbia Southern University. Pillich also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering and is currently finishing requirements to become a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) and Certified Safety Professional (CSP). Pillich is a member in several professional organizations, including The American Society of Safety Engineers, the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, and the American Industrial Hygiene Association, as well as PMI Buffalo.
Keith W. Pillich currently resides in Amherst, New York. He contributes to Women & Children’s Hospital of Buffalo and the Buffalo & Erie County Historical Society Museum. Pillich volunteers with MAD DADS of Greater Buffalo and maintains membership in Toastmasters International.
