Kamy Temmam

I work with domestic and international clients relocating to the New York area. My goal is to find every client ideal housing and to assist them with proper acclimation to their new city. What that means is touring them in the area they want to live and familiarizing them with shopping, banking, schools, transportation, restaurants, hospitals, pharmacies, parks, etc. I provide the contacts for utlities set-up, cable/internet set up, locations of social security offices and DMV. I am with my clients through the entire process, from their arrival and our first search to the contract signing and throughout their stay as a support system and resource. Many of my clients refer friends, colleagues and family to me, as well as come back to rent again or to purchase properties.
I thoroughly enjoy meeting new people, learning about their homelands and cultures, while sharing my love for New York with them. It is both easy and a pleasure for me to welcome individuals and families here and watch them fall in love with what I believe is the greatest city in the world!
