    Kamran A. Khawar has worked as an attorney and general counsel for well over 11 years, with experience counseling and litigating in all aspects of civil, commercial and business litigation, involving matters of employment, aviation, construction, product liability, warranty, negligence, fraud, misrepresentation, insurance, contractual indemnity, tort and international claims. As an attorney at Cooksey, he represented construction, engineering, and petroleum enterprises in litigation involving employment and commercial law, as well as environmental regulations and product liability claims. As an attorney for Koeller, Kamran A. Khawar achieved favorable outcomes for the firm’s clients in several complex cases. Kamran Khawar successfully represented a jeweler seeking compensation from Thai Airways for losing a shipment of diamonds at the LAX airport overcoming byzantine defense arguments limiting Thai Airways liability under the Warsaw and Montreal Convention treaties. Kamran defended Flour, International Business Machines (IBM), ConocoPhillips and many Fortune 500 corporations in product liability, employment, complex construction and business and commercial litigation. Kamran Khawar also served as general counsel for Mirage Business Capital. Currently, he is continuing to pursue opportunities in the technology sector, concentrating on the development of VinoVue, Inc., a start-up consumer and business software company scheduled to release its initial products in 2014.
