He worked with numerous US-based and internationally-based organizations that are operating globally, including not-for-profit organizations like the US Peace Corps and the Geneva-based International Catholic Migration Commission.
He is an active Member of SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management, Strategic Mentor to HR Professionals, Worldwide ERC, and is an enthusiast in global networking and photography.
