After a successfull business development in France around SAP Costing and Business Intelligence applications, along with 3rd party pure players like Facton or Jedox (Palo), I was invited to join the mother company in the US.
Now based in Miami, Florida, I can better serve Alta Via's clients in North America and still continue to support international requests.
Let us know how we can best help you solve your business painpoints.
I'm participating as an active member in the Florida Chapter of the ASUG (Americas' SAP Users' Group) with a special interest in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Business Analytics
2007 - 2009After 3 years of development of a Costing Engine within SAP, I have decided to take the chance and meet the market by setting up a subsidiary of a reputed consulting company : Alta Via Consulting France.
I have successfully implemented complex cost management systems at large corportations McCormick as well as reporting systems for companies like Eurocopter.
Since architecture seems to be a sensitive topic for leveraging the IT landscapes, I also gave advice for the integration of systems around costing applications for references like PSA, Faurecia or FMC.
I now move into the Business Intelligence with the introduction of Palo by Jedox in the US.
2001 - 2007I started SAP as a support developer on the CO module.
After one year, I participated in a redesign project, which involved development, solution management (including writting articles for FI/CO Expert) and technical consulting.
Another year passed and I got involved in a BW/SEM development project called VNA (Value Network Analyzer). Based on a Costing Engine, this tool allowed to model business and calculate overheads more accurately, based on the ABC (Activity-Based Costing) principles.
The engine has later been reused in another application named PDCE (Product Design Cost Estimate), which is now under ramp-up. This position made me an expert in costing in both ERP and SEM environments. I have also been responsible for the design, implementation and relationship with our America-based pilot customer. I was also asked to train new colleagues on CO Module in SAP.
1999 - 2001As an apprentice, I have been hired at GSF as a Cost Controller in order to help build tools in Excel + VBA for budget, forecasts and reporting.
When the company bought subsidiaries in London, I was sent to install the accounting, controlling and reporting software with the help of a SAGE consultant.
Back to the headquarters, I particpated in the implementation of Cognos PowerPlay and Impromptu as controlling and reporting tools.
