    For over three decades, John Perkinson has served as owner and managing director of Perkinson Companies, a major property development and real estate service provider in Arizona. While pursuing his undergraduate degree at Brigham Young University, he undertook a two-year church mission to Zurich, Switzerland. After graduating with an accounting degree in 1982, John Perkinson worked as a certified public accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Phoenix for several years. As managing director of Perkinson Companies, John Perkinson leads the daily operations of the company, managing acquisitions, planning, and development initiatives. Under his guidance, the firm capitalized more than 35 investment partnerships on deals ranging from raw land development and entitlement to property management. Apart from work, Mr. Perkinson is an outdoor sports enthusiast and golfer. He founded and managed the Four Peaks Little League in Mesa and served as president from 1988 to 2007. He remains actively involved in community youth sports and coaching today. He is also an active member of the Alta Mesa Golf Club, the Whisper Rock Golf Club, and the Phoenix Thunderbirds, where he served as chairman of the Phoenix Thunderbirds Open on the annual PGA tour from 1999 to 2002.
