WMS Technologies Incorporated was created in 1999 as an S type corporation under the parent company Sutton Music Guild Inc. Our original focus consisted of offering outsourced information technology services to other companies in the form of computer/networking installation and consulting and personal computer sales as a VAR (Value Added Reseller). WMS has since evolved to a position in which our information technologies services has become a division, and include three newer divisions consisting of the security, alternative power & multimedia. We see all four divisions as having a relationship that will produce services currently being sought out now as very valuable by potential clientele, and will be delivered to them in a manner that is mindful of their business structure as well as budgets. We see ourselves as one out of many companies looking to improve the economic status of the United States by increasing the employment rate to productive levels and bringing more value in the products and services we will provide to our clients.
