Jeffrey Battinus

I am currently building the Recruitment Division for Gateway Foundation, the largest provider of substance abuse treatment in the state of Illinois, and supporting behavioral health services for corrections institutions throughout the US.

Most recently worked as Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist for Coram Specialty Infusion Services, an Apria Healthcare Company. Nationally supporting Sales and Executive recruitment.

Previous role with Coram prior to promotion was as the Central Division Recruiter, responsible for all recruitment for a 10 State region.

Experience prior to this was in a local hospital where I was the sole recruiter for a 280 bed facility and 28 outpatient branches.

In the Allied Health Care Recruitment sector I worked for a private headhunting firm placing professionals throughout the country and training new recruiters. In addition to this I was heading up the allied healthcare business development for Radiology, Laboratory, Behavioral Health, and Pharmacy divisions.

I am a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago, where I spent one year of my studies abroad in Argentina making me fully fluent in Spanish. I am also a graduate of the MBA program at the University of Phoenix.

Active appointed Membership Board & Educational Board member of the National Association of Healthcare Recruiters (NAHCR), and an active elected Membership Board member of the National Home Infusion Association (NHIA).

I am also a member of the: Texas Association of Healthcare Recruiters, and the American Association of Critical Care Nurses.
