I was a Lotus notes help desk technician. I supported Lotus Notes, Microsoft Products, Blackberry access, and in house software.

I was trained in all of the switching systems that the phone company had and for most of my career was a night shift monitor of all the offices in downstate Illinois and some Chicago suburbs. MY job was to ensure the office kept running OK, run tests when things fails and make decisions on whether to call a techinican to teh office if not repairable remotely. Also di the call traces for all those office when requested by the police of federal authorities.
