My career for the last 15 years has revolved around networking with others and finding synergies to create opportunities for myself and those involved. designing processes that work has been an integral part of that success. Health Help Project is a non- profit medical assistance organization dedicated to providing hope for the hopeless in impoverished Third World countries. We are a strictly volunteer organization, without any paid staff members. Every penny that is received as a donation to HHP goes to the needy or to the cost of transporting the medical equipment and medicines to the poor.
Our organization is staffed by local volunteers in the areas that we service around the world and in our two domestic hubs in Detroit, Michigan and Miami, Florida.

• Co-designed and co-built content and graphic layout for web site with the web developer.

• Designed the health consultant program to be the companies’ revenue generation stream.

• Proposed a resume database enabling all DuPont Displays companies to share the cost and the resumes, while maintaining segregated filing for reporting procedures.
• Trained hiring managers on writing accomplishment based position descriptions and interviewing tactics.
