    In 1928, J. Randall Waterfield’s grandfather, Richard H. Waterfield, founded Waterfield Insurance Agency and Waterfield Mortgage Company in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Over the years, those companies have evolved into the Waterfield Group, which includes Waterfield Technologies, Waterfield Energy, Waterfield Financial Services, Waterfield Enterprises, The Waterfield Funds, and Waterfield Asset Management, LLC. J. Randall Waterfield, a Harvard University graduate and member of Mensa International Limited, acts as Chairman of the Waterfield Group. He also serves as an owner and member of the board of directors of Cappello Waterfield & Co. Cappello Waterfield provides corporate advisory services and assists private equity funds and hedge funds with capital introductions. J. Randall Waterfield and his colleagues possess experience in closing transactions at such top firms as Deutsche Bank AG; Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc.; JPMorgan Chase & Co.; Goldman Sachs; and Ernst & Young. Earlier in his career, J. Randall Waterfield served as an Equity Research Analyst for small cap growth portfolios for Goldman Sachs. With headquarters in Los Angeles and several other locations throughout the United States, Central America, and Asia, Cappello Capital Corp. has consummated more than $100 billion in transactions on 6 continents. In addition to his professional duties at the Waterfield Group and at Cappello Waterfield, J. Randall Waterfield serves on the boards of numerous organizations, including several Waterfield companies, Asure Software (NASDAQ: ASUR), RF Industries (NASDAQ: RFIL), Culver Summer Schools & Camps, and TheRateReport.com. He has shared his expertise frequently on CNN Radio and on television, including appearances on MSNBC, CNBC, and Fox News. Numerous publications also quote J. Randall Waterfield often, including financial services daily American Banker, Los Angeles Times, The Wall Street Journal, and The San Francisco Examiner. Through the Waterfield Foundation, J. Randall Waterfield supports numerous environmental, educational, and Midwest-based causes. The Waterfield Endowment Scholarships aid students attending Canterbury School in Fort Wayne, and the Waterfield Campus Housing Program assists undergraduates at Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne. J. Randall Waterfield also possesses a long history of service to the Young Presidents’ Organization, where he currently sits on the Executive Committee for the Northeast Region.
