What we do
The Community Development Assistance Project (CDAP) is an organization of community development specialists. Our Associates have expertise in eminent domain, commercial and residential real estate development, neighborhood commercial revitalization, the nonprofit 501(c)(3) community-based organization, proposal writing and fund fundraising.

We currently have two signature instructional courses that we offer at this time either live or via video to include: (1) The Culture of the Nonprofit Organization During the Year 2006 and Beyond; and (2) How to Locate, Purchase and Develop Government-Owned Real Estate in Any City Anywhere.

Mr. Isaiah Miller, Sr. holds a B.S. degree from Tuskegee University and a Master of Urban Studies from Howard University. While serving as an executive under both the District of Columbia mayoralty administrations of the Honorable Walter E. Washington and the Honorable Marion Barry, Jr., he coordinated the acquisition and disposition of many real estate development sites located in downtown Washington, DC that are now valued at over several million dollars. In addition, he has served as a member of two real estate development teams, published community development “self-help” manuals and provided consultations to community-based organizations, estate administrators, faith-based organizations and entrepreneurial developers.

Mr. Miller holds the leadership position in a multi-dimensional community planning and development organization that assists its clients in structuring and formulating strategies for purchasing government-owned land. As a virtual assistant, he writes guides and manuals that are tailored to the clients needs. The published products are then left with the client as a part of their empowerment literature collections and archive.
