I am the Chief Strategist for Toque del Cielo SA, a Costa Rican Company currently developing Ailanto Mountain Residential Community
My undergrad degree is Computer Science from the University of Tulsa. I attended both law and Naturopathic Sciences at Las Salle University, where I obtained a Juris Doctor and a Doctor of Naturopathy degrees. I also attended Washington School of Law where I was a professor for 3 years and obtained a Master of Laws in Taxation with Honors (LL.M.) and an Doctor of Juridical Sciences Taxation with Honors(SJD) degrees.
I also was a Certfied Financial Planner (innactive now)and an US Air Force veteran having served during the Vietnam conflict. I was honorably discharged
I assist in the development and marketing of complex deals and I am available for consulting in the areas of Tourism, setting up companies and/or Businesses in the US or Costa Rica, US Taxation and Asset Protection Worldwide.
