Engagement Manager responsible for all aspects of an implementation or development project: write contracts, conduct sales presentation, lead development and implementation teams, participate in client steering committees, develop creative solutions to technical problems, interview and hire staff, control budgets, train staff and client personnel.
e-ASG focuses on three areas: application development using IBM tools (Websphere, VisualAge Pacbase); automatic migrations from Unisys and Bull to open platforms; implementation of Financial/Purchasing and HR/Payroll software (e-ASG markets its own ERP system to local government organizations). e-ASG was founded as a spin-off from CGI/ARC.
