System Application Engineer : Part of marketing team. Responsible for providing global support to field engineers and customers in order to ensure the seamless integration of Axiom solution into their designs.
Successfully integrated GSM quad-band PA into many designs including a top tier phone manufacturing company and ODM’s.

• In charge of Application Notes (lay-out recommendations, Calibration, Matching)
• Technical Management of Chinese FAE team (3)

• Technical interface with Antenna Switch Module partner (Japan) to create and optimize Transmit Front End Module (TxFEM)

• Strong support to Marketing : good knowledge of different Base Bands, Transceivers and ASM’s.

Results/Accomplishments : In team work with sales forces and BU’s, strong market share increase in the European market with almost 100% with a Tier 1 and a Tier 2 customers, in 2006, when it was 10 to 20% in 2002. Major technical issues debugging on more than 20 platforms.

• Through in-depth product knowledge, to provide day to day both pre-sales and post-sales technical support, and recommendations, to the company’s sales staff and European customers

• Laboratory work to support customers: standard and specific characterizations, on PA’s and TxFEM’s. In charge of European RF Laboratory.

• Supporting customers with on-site phone board optimization, advising them on products applications and optimal phone boards layouts and routing.

• Supporting customers with issues concerning final products in mass production including production test and reliability issues.

• Editing product specifications and application notes dedicated to certain customers.

• Interfacing between Business Units and customers/sales forces: help BU’s, in the new products definition by gathering inputs from the field (customers) and keep customers updated on modifications and improvements the company are implementing on existing products.

• Technical Bridge between BU’s and semiconductors partners, baseband, and radio, to ensure perfect matching of the complete solutions.

Project Team Manager for SAW Filters Business Unit 1997 – 2002

• For RF and IF SAW Filters and FEM (Front End Modules), 2G and 3G Mobile and Base Stations, Automotive and ISM band applications.
• Technical proposals, road maps building, and financial quotation establishment

• In charge of technical proposals, prototyping, characterization and industrialization of the products.
