Francis Kondik serves as Manager of Dega Enterprises LLC, a commercial roofing company headquartered in Austin, Texas. Kondik holds over 30 years of experience in the commercial and industrial roofing industry and has worked in numerous aspects of the business. Dega Enterprises is fully licensed and bonded, and the company holds certifications to install both low-slope and metal roofs.

Francis Kondik graduated from Kent State University in 1976 with a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematical Sciences. In 1981, he worked for Cram Construction in Houston, Texas, where he was a Supervisor on numerous commercial projects. He concurrently worked as a Superintendent for Great Western Roofing Inc., where he managed several roofing jobs on military installations. As he gained experience, Francis Kondik accepted more responsibility with each job, and in 2001 he became a Vice President at D.R. Kidd Company, Inc., where he handled all aspects of the company’s single-ply division, from marketing and sales to invoicing, collections, and hiring.

In 2004, Francis Kondik became Manager and Member of Dega Enterprises, where he holds responsibility for the company’s daily management and operations. Under his direction, Dega Enterprises performs a variety of commercial and industrial work, including coatings and repairs of built-up, single-ply, modified bitumen, and metal roofs. The company, which employs 30 people, has performed work on a number of Texas businesses, including the Attorney General of Texas’ office facility, several Jiffy Lube locations, the La Frontera office park, and Santikos Theatres.
