I have resigned from my job in France in order to come to the United States of America.
I am currently looking for an IT Project manager position. During my last experience as a programmer, by understanding the customer’s position, I especially increased my skills in the pre-sales and sales activities, in the purchase and management of products. As I worked in total autonomy, with almost no supervision, I have especially broaden and increased my skills in leading projects in order to successfully develop software, on budget and on time. I also have demonstrated good communication and negotiations skills through the end-users and executive members.
My English level is « proficient ».
At the moment, I am working as a freelance programmer for a French company.

- Initially hired as an IT Technician, my main goals were the network administration and technical support for end users.
- Since 2008, Programmer with WINDEV (5th generation Case).
- Since 2009, Programmer, projects management, from project planning to the training of users.
MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS:
- Intranet website development for the FAUCHE GROUP: initiative of setting up the Intranet website, website and CMS (Content Management System) development. I started this project with no knowledge of PHP and MySQL technologies. However, I have managed to learn PHP and MySQL technologies, in a short period of time and on my own, by reading online documentation and taking personal time.
- Applications development for the FAUCHE GROUP (WINDEV/ AS400): Software for IT service, Software for Purchasing department, Software for Quality department.
- Project management and development of the software for Human resources management training, security.
- Study, project management, development of a Quotation software for the FAUCHE GROUP (12 months): Financial study and technical feasibility – Project management and application development – Training of users (250 people). By leading this project in association with the manager of the quotation department (for the functional part), I have proved my ability to work under pressure as well as my organization and communication skills.
Financial gain: Saving €600,000.
