Chief operating officer of Bangalore, India-based Indfrag since 2004, Fabian Samuel directs all operations for a manufacturer and exporter of botanical extracts used by pharmaceutical, sports nutrition, cosmetics, and food companies serving the Asian, European, and North American markets. Among his many responsibilities, Fabian Samuel sets production schedules and purchases the raw materials used by Indfrag’s two manufacturing facilities to produce 1,250 metric tons of finished products each year, from garcinia cambogia to centella asiatica. He is also in charge of global and local marketing, acquisition of capital finances, and the maximization of investor share value through profit and loss management. From 2005 through 2009 he received employee of the year designation for his contributions to Indfrag.
Also a knowledgeable video game enthusiast, Fabian Samuel cofounded India’s leading PC and console gaming center, League of Extraordinary Gamers (LXG), in 2013. As LXG’s business strategist, he has implemented a user payment system and seeks opportunities for the expansion of LXG to franchise locations in other countries. His efforts have been instrumental in attracting several tournaments to the center and acquiring the backing of multiple commercial sponsors.
Outside of his work with Indfrag and LXG, Fabian Samuel contributes to several charitable causes. After the 2011 tsunami that resulted in the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster, he made donations to the relief efforts in Japan. He also contributes regularly to the Indian Missionary Society and the Cancer Caring Society.
